Price

With our straight forward pricing our fees are never hidden;

• Same day filing if the document is recieved by 2:00 pm = $150
• Next day filing = $100
• Second day filing = $75

*Almost all documents have a Secretary of State filing fee associated with the filing. This fee is not included.

Other charges;

• Most documents require a Secretary of State fee of $15 counter fee to be paid for by seperate check.
• If filing fees are needed we will pay for them and bill you for the fees plus $20
  • Example: standard corporate charges of $100 filing fee, $15 counter fee, and $26 Statement of Information with copy = $141 plus $20 for a total of $161
• Do you need us to act as the incorporator? = $25
• Do you need us to certify the foreign filing? = $25
• Name check = $0 for a direct hit name check for corporations and LLCs
• Trademark name search = $45 for direct hit and close confusing names
• UCC1 or UCC3 Filing = $25
• UCC search = $45

When your firm first signs up, IonDoc will pay the filing fees and invoice your firm. We charge an extra $20 for the payment of fees. To avoid this charge we recommend that your firm moves to a trust account.
